| Description | The County desires to have a vendor supply Plant Cold Mix bituminous patching material upon demand. The material will either be picked up by County forces or delivered, by the Vendor, to the County Shop, located at 610 Magazine Avenue, Opelika, AL 36801. The material to be picked up, will be picked up by County forces at the Vendor’s plant. The Vendor is responsible for loading the material into County equipment at the Vendor’s plant. |
