Human Resources Office Renovation: Remodel two existing temporary offices into two permanent offices with new lighting, mechanical ductwork, doors and partitions. Replace existing carpeting, wall base, lighting and ceiling finishes in selected areas. Expand existing storage room, adding shelving. Replace existing corridor & reception area lighting with new fixtures. Install new doors and security devices and hardware. Provide and install new reception desk and credenza. Plant Services Kitchen Renovation: Remove existing kitchen counter, cabinets, sink and faucet, and install new counter, cabinets, sink and faucet. Add new electrical outlet serving the countertop. Remove existing kitchen flooring and install new porcelain tile floor and vinyl wall base.
