65--Steam Sterilizers - Removal, Installation and Maintenance Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Item 0001 Contractor shall remove two (2) existing AMSCO Century V-120 steam sterilizers from the VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS). Contractor shall dispose of the AMSCO Century V-120 steam sterilizers in accordance with federal, state and local laws and/or regulations. Item 0002 AMSCO 400 Series 20 Steam Sterilizer, or Equal, Quantity: 2 Item 0003 Contractor shall install two (2) new AMSCO 400 Series 20 steam sterilizers, or Equal, at the VANTHCS. Contractor is responsible for making all service connections from government provided utilities to the sterilizers. Item 0004 AMSCO 400 Series Rack & Shelf, Single Door, Item # FV021011, or Equal, Quantity: 2 Item 0005 AMSCO 400 Series, Lab 250, Intermediate Shelf, 20 x 20 x 38, Item # FV020012, or Equal, Quantity: 2 Item 0006 Comprehensive Maintenance Services for Two (2) Sterilizers.
