Description

(a) Contractor shall provide boiler preventive maintenance and repair services for the Boilers located at the CDOT Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnel Facility, located in Dillion, Colorado. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation required to perform these services. All boiler repair work and maintenance shall follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. (b) Contractor shall provide replacement parts for boilers within seventy two (72) hours from the date and time of notification by CDOT. The Contract Administrator must approve exceptions to this. (c) Contractor shall provide repairs and maintenance for boilers necessary to meet the standards of Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS Boiler Inspection Program). The Contract Administrator must approve scope of work and cost for such implementations. (d) Contractor shall purchase and provide all manufacturers replacement parts for each model of boiler. After-market parts are not to be used unless approved by the Contract Administrator. (e) All maintenance, repair and alteration work must comply with the applicable rules and regulations of the Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS Boiler Inspection Program)
