Description

The Project consists of improvements within the following main functional areas of the ESCRA Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) including the Shamokin Dam Pump Station, Main Pump Station, Primary Clarification System, Bioreactor System, Blower Building, Final Clarification System, Anaerobic Digestion System, Dewatering Building, Operations Building, Flood Hardening Improvements throughout the WWTP and complete electrical system upgrade. The Project Work will be performed under three Contracts as follows: Contract One - General Construction; Contract Two - Mechanical Work; Contract Three - Electrical Work
