Mitigation Strategies - Design and Installation

Work includes but is not limited to: - Replacement of all obsolete controllers with JCI specific SNE and CGM control modules in new panels to control every air handling unit at each campus. - Integration of all existing to be replaced controllers of each branch CCAC campus buildings to a Metasys 11 virtual server. - Integration of all new IoT sensors to JCI OpenBlue user interface for real-time response. - Wiring of low voltage DDC in plenum rated cable. Exposed cable shall be in conduit. - Metasys User Interface graphics for all buildings. - One BMS workstation per campus. - One Dell Intel Core i7 processor Latitude rugged tablet per campus. - Coordination of IP addresses and drop locations with CCAC. - Owner training provided by JCI Metasys factory trained professionals. - Five (5) year parts and one (1) year labor warranty. CCAC’s goal for MBE/WBE participation is 20% (13% MBE and 7% WBE/DBE)
