Building Demolition and Operation and Maintenance of In-Situ System

The work will consist of pre-construction submittals, mobilization, installation of temporary site security and privacy fencing, removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials at 945/959 E. Ten Mile Road, removal and disposal of regulated materials at 945/959 E. Ten Mile Road, demolition of the existing building 945/959 E. Ten Mile Road, management of storm water collected in 945/959 E. Ten Mile Road pit, demolition of existing buildings at 901 E. Ten Mile Road, removal and disposal of building demolition debris at 901 and 945 E. Ten Mile Road, site restoration at 901 and 945 E. Ten Mile Road, and demobilization. Site Location The 945/959 and 901 Sites are located near the southeast corner of Oakland County in southeast Michigan. Macomb County is approximately one-half mile east of the site, while Wayne County is approximately two miles south. The Site is comprised of five parcels, each with its own address. From west to east, 901, 925, 937, 945 and 959 E. Ten Mile Road. The plating facility is located at 945/959 E. Ten Mile Road. The Sites are located in a mixeduse (residential/commercial/industrial) area. I-696 is approximately 100 feet to the north. Both Sites are subject to a Court Order declaring them to be public nuisances and subject to demolition, as hereinafter described in Section II G below
