Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Fort Collins, Colorado. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. CSU intends to conduct an analysis of the existing mechanical system and building performance needs in Laurel Village to determine a long-term alternative solution for system replacement. Laurel Village consists of three separate buildings including two residence halls and one commons building. The existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system has been problematic over the last five years and CSU is seeking interest in partnering with a firm that will provide analysis, design, cost estimating, logistics planning and ultimately construction and/or construction administration. CSU seeks to remedy the system deficiencies either through system alteration or replacement.
