Description

The Work includes the following major items: replacement of approximately 368 LF of existing 16-inch DIP watermain with 363 LF 16-inch C905 PVC water main, two 10 LF Class 51 ductile iron pipes with welded-on thrust rings, a new blow off fire hydrant, and all appurtenances and related work including, but not limited to, restoration, traffic control, and paving. Also included is the wet tap of the 16-inch DIP with an 8-inch C900 PVC connection via wet tap to an existing 8-inch CIP main. Length of this connection is 26 LF. Project is located on Harry S. Truman Parkway in the Heritage Harbor area of Anne Arundel County. All materials and labor including those necessary for restoration, traffic control, paving, and other ancillary components of this construction shall be included as part of the Contractor’s price bid.
