Renovation of Administration Building

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Estimated Budget: $1,500,000 to $1,700,000 Estimated Budget for Site Work: $290,000 to $310,000 Sealed bids for Contract No. NJ-22-01 Renovation of Administration Building located in the Borough of Alpine, Bergen County, New Jersey, will be received by the Superintendent of the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, at the New Jersey Administration Building. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of thirty-eight thousand dollars ($38,000.00). Make checks payable to the Palisades Interstate Park Commission. The scope of work for the Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental expenses necessary to repair, restore, and expand the fire damaged portion of an historic masonry and wood frame structure. The project includes 3,835 square feet of renovation work and 794 square feet of new construction, with related structural, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finished work, as detailed on the contract drawings.
