2022 Road Resurfacing

The furnishing and/or installing of the following: Milling of existing roadway surfaces and resurfacing with HMA top course, including adjusting valve boxes, manhole covers and catch basins, construction of ADA accessible sidewalk ramps, epoxy reflectorized pavement markings and other appurtenant work as necessary, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of bid must accompany the bid proposal. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "Contract 2022-10- BID FOR 2022 ROAD RESURFACING". The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder. All technical questions should be directed to AI Engineers, Inc. The work under this contract shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days
