Description

Phase III engineering is required to provide construction inspection services for the above subject improvement. Work includes, but is not limited to, roadway designed overlay (resurfacing), and drainage improvement. This is contract consists of milling of existing HMA surface, placing hotmix asphalt (HMA) binder course; Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) surface course on the mainline lanes, and HMA surface course on the shoulders. Pavement patching with Class B and D patches. Roadway drainage repairs, ditch grading, traffic control, landscaping, pavement marking, erosion and sediment control.
