Red Stag Fulfillment Campus

The project scope includes the phased new construction of six buildings located on 420 acres on the east side of I-75 between exits 60 and 62. Each building is approximately 700,000-square-feet. Building A began construction in spring 2022. As of July 6, 2022 the remaining buildings are in planning stage. The City of Sweetwater has approved a site plan. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before 2023.
