St. John's Addition Storm Sewer improvements Phase II

**As of August 9, 2022, this project has been awarded to SKI Seal Coating & Maintenance Inc., in the amount of $698,388.38. Scope: 12" R.C.C.P storm sewer (252 LF), 15" R.C.C.P storm sewer (245 LF), 6" PVC water main (985 LF), P.C.C. driveway removal & replacement (691 SY), P.CC. sidewalk removal & replacement (142 SF), resurfacing of roadways including HMA surface removal (5378 SY), HMA level binder (458 TON) and surface (458 TON) replacement, concrete curb gutter removal and replacement (3,513 LF), and various other related items. Bids may be held by the City of Peru for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract, The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
