| Description | This project is located at George T. Lohmeyer Wastewater Treatment Plant located 1534-1698 SE 18th St, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, address deteriorated items, including electrical equipment, doors, hardware and roof. The project will include demolition and replacement of those items. Refurbish the existing control building (mainly its roof, roller type doors, hardware for metal doors, NC units, etc.) and its electrical equipment (mainly the MCC`s, stepdown transformers, distribution panels, inside lighting conversion to LED, and PLC cabinets, provide conduits with pull strings for Cat 6 and fiber optic cables between control building and each well. |
