Description

The contract work includes water meter replacements, programming of Sensus smart meters/transmitters, installation of backflows as needed, and any appurtenances including the replacement of damaged meter boxes with a new larger meter boxes per HCWA standards. The projects are scheduled to average 500 meters per month to meet a goal of 6,000 meters per year. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to complete the job and is responsible for restoring the work area to its original condition which includes the removal of excess dirt from the work area and painting meter indicator lines.
