Phase 1 Site Demolition and Clearance for the Tiger and Siamang Habitat and Restaurant Development for the Alexandria Zoological Park

As of November 18th, 2022 - All Bids Have Been Rejected and the project will rebid in the future. The scope of work includes clearing a 1.65-acre site and demolishing a former municipal public swimming pool site. The range of work includes cutting, filling, grading, drainage improvements, and fencing improvements for the Tiger and Siamang Habitat and Restaurant Development. The project also includes reclaiming animal cages as shown in the Drawings. Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Each Bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
