Description | This project is for roadway and traffic signal improvements along Main Street (SR 4031) in Trappe Borough. The improvements include radius improvements at Main Street\Third Avenue; and ADA curb ramp installation, and traffic signal improvements at Main Street\Third Avenue and Main Street/Shopping Center. INTERSECTION IMPROVMENTS at Main Street (SR 4031) and Third Avenue (SR 0113) and Main Street (SR 4031) and Trappe Shopping Center within Trappe Borough, Montgomery County, PA Each bidder will familiarize himself with all of the attached forms, Instructions, General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, etc., as he will be held responsible to fully comply therewith. Each bidder must visit the site of the work and acquaint himself with conditions affecting the work. It will be the contractor's sole responsibility to estimate quantities for bidding purposes. The Contractor will bid the project as a line item bid. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by May 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents. The Borough reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities, or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Completion- 220 consecutive calendar days |
