| Description | Establish a contract for Excavating and Backfilling Construction Holes at Various Locations in Suffolk County, New York. The work to be done under this contract consists of supplying labor, tools and equipment for excavating and backfilling holes for the purpose of installing water services and other miscellaneous construction work as required by the Water Authority. It should be noted that the Water Authority has its own excavating and backfilling equipment, and that the equipment supplied under this contract supplements the Water Authority equipment. Omission of specific mention or detail in these specifications shall not be deemed a waiver of the contractor’s obligation to furnish all tools, equipment and any other item of expense required to complete all necessary work. |
