288 Corridor Landscape Maintenance

Mowing, weeding, cultivating, cleaning, and mulching of planting beds and tree wells, pruning and trimming of trees, shrubs, ground cover, and vines, application of fertilizers and soil amendments, chemical application of fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides, debris and trash removal, irrigation system and booster pump maintenance, and decomposed granite monitoring and maintenance. The project also requires periodic reporting and monitoring of the sites serviced. No proposal shall be withdrawn sixty (60) days after opening of proposals without written consent of the Project Owner. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals. A decision concerning award of Contract will be made public as soon as practicable The deadline to ask questions is 8/23/2022 2:00 PM CST
