Description

It is anticipated that inspections will be ordered for sixty (60) properties over the two (2) year term for this contract. The lead inspector must be available to respond to lead-based paint inspection and risk assessment requests within three (3) business days. The inspector will be given the name and telephone number of the responsible party. It will be the responsibility of the inspector to arrange a mutually convenient time for the inspection.
