Chautauqua Avenue Green Street Retrofit

Base Bid: The work under the Base Bid shall include all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the General Construction and Green Infrastructure improvements identified as the Base Bid in the Contract Drawings for the Chautauqua Avenue Green Street Retrofit Project and per the limits shown on Drawings PL-1 and PL-2. The General Construction includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal, clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfill, grading, permeable pavements, concrete curbing, concrete work, signage, striping, underground utilities, drainage, tree planting, landscape restoration, and all other related items. Additive Bid Item No. 1: The work under Additive Bid Item No. 1 shall include all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the Work Zone Traffic Control identified as the Additive Bid Item No. 1 in the Contract Drawings for the Chautauqua Avenue Green Street Retrofit Project and per the limits shown on Drawings PL-1 and PL-2. Additive Bid Item No. 2: The work under Additive Bid Item No. 2 shall include all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the General Construction of Granite Curbing identified as Additive Bid Item No. 2 in the Contract Drawings for the Chautauqua Avenue Green Street Retrofit Project and per the limits shown on Drawings PL-1 and PL-2. This Additive Bid Item No. 2 shall include the deduction for the concrete curb item in the Base Bid Additive Bid Item No. 3: The work under Additive Bid Item No. 3 shall include all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the General Construction and Green Infrastructure improvements identified as the Additive Bid Item No. 3 in the Contract Drawings for the Chautauqua Avenue Green Street Retrofit Project and per the limits shown on Drawing PL-2. The General Construction of the bio retention areas include, but is not limited to, excavation, backfill, underground utilities, drainage, planting, landscape restoration, and all other related items.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
