Renovation of an existing building at approximately 14,500sf (Area B). Scope of work includes site improvements and access. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, accessories, appliances, hauling, storage, tools and incidents necessary for the construction and completion of the work according to the Contract Documents Contract Documents indicate the work of the Contract and related requirements and conditions that have an impact on the project. Requirements and conditions that are indicated in the Contract Documents include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: Existing site conditions and restrictions on use of the site. Requirements for partial Owner occupancy prior to Substantial Completion of the Contract Work.
