Rolland Moore Racquetball Court Repairs

Proposals that do not conform to these requirements may be rejected. Service Providers are required to provide detailed written responses to the following items in the order outlined below. The responses shall be considered technical offers of what Service Providers propose to provide and shall be incorporated in the contract award as deemed appropriate by the City. A proposal that does not include all the information required may be deemed non-responsive and subject to rejection. Responses must include all the items in the order listed below. It is suggested that the Service Providers include each of the City's questions with their response. The City of Fort Collins shall not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of their proposal. BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE / OVERVIEW A. Objective The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers to repair the racqetball courts at Rolland Moore Park. B. Background The City of Fort Collins Parks owns and maintains Rolland Moore Park, a 68-acre community park centrally located in Fort Collins that was built in 1983. The park is located at 2201 S. Shields and includes the City's premiere racquet center in the northwest portion of the park. Three racquetball courts (highlighted in yellow) are one of many features of this racquet center. In 2013 Pie Engineering was hired to assess the condition of the tennis pro shop building, restroom building, and outdoor racquetball courts. In 2020, after work was completed on the pro shop and restroom, Pie Engineering was again contracted to evaluate options for the racquetball courts. Pie Engineering provided information associated with repairing, rebuilding and demolishing. The City of Fort Collins Parks decided to pursue repairing the racquetball courts based on these 2020 recommendations. Question Acceptance Deadline 05/20/2022 07:00 PM EDT
