Description | Transformer 1 will be moved from the SECO Sorrento Substation to the SECO Astatula Substation. GE Prolec SN G478-01 69KV/24.94KV 25MVA Manufacture date 1/1999 1. Drain oil, disassemble (pull bushings and radiators) and prepare for transport by others. Upon delivery to new location completely replace all transformer gaskets and repack all valves. Reassemble transformer, vacuum process, and refill with oil following SECO Energy Substation Design and Construction Specifications. a. Oil shall be stored and transported in a certified clean tanker. b. Contractor shall be responsible for providing labor, equipment, and all materials necessary to complete reassembly of the transformer including gasket material, packing, and any make up oil required. c. SECO shall be responsible for providing a new pressure relief device, sudden pressure relay, oil level gauge, cooling fans, auxiliary cables, or transformer bushings, where replacement is deemed necessary due to age, deterioration, or failure. Contractor shall provide labor and equipment to complete replacement at no additional expense to SECO. d. SECO shall be responsible for testing of the transformer after reassembly is complete Transformer 2 is located at the SECO Inverness Substation GE SN L-252829C 69KV/24.94KV 33MVA Manufacture date 1/1982 2. Drain oil, disassemble, completely replace all gaskets, repack all valves, and replace oil circulating pump with a new or remanufactured unit. Reassemble transformer, vacuum process, and refill with oil following SECO Energy Substation Design and Construction Specifications. a. Oil shall be stored on site in a certified clean tanker. b. Contractor shall be responsible for providing labor, equipment, and all materials necessary to complete reassembly of the transformer including gasket material, packing, new or remanufactured oil circulating pump, and any make up oil required. c.
