PROJECT NO. 10.10.0722 State Contractor's Class B License is required. Construction estimate is $1,000,000. In order to be deemed responsive, the bidder must list, in the bid forms, at least three (3) projects with similar size and scope of work that it has completed within the last five years at a California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) 1 Facility. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening, or within sixty (60) days thereafter. Copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Project and Facilities Management Department and shall be made available to any interested party on request. Copies are also included in the Bid Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical errors, discrepancies or informalities of a bid not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest.
