Project Description: Project consists of repairs to six park facilities owned and operated by the City of Jennings. The Work is described in detail within the Contract Documents. Particularly the drawings are divided into six volumes of information to separate the Work by building/site. A breakdown of the six volumes are as listed above in 1.1. B.1. 1. Project's projected budget is anticipated to be under Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Dollars. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1.
