Niskayuna HS - #53-03-01-06-0-006-030 General Construction Electrical Site Work a. The Scope of Work for the Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following Summary. Complete work is as shown, detailed, and specified in the contract documents. i. General Construction Contract (GC) includes, but is not limited to, exterior wall reconstruction and masonry restoration at the Exhibition Gym as shown on drawings prefixed with the letter A and described in specification divisions 04, 05, 06 and 07. ii. Electrical Contract (EC) includes, but is not limited to, removal and reinstallation of wall pack lighting at the Gym to allow for masonry restoration and electrical work associated with the site and athletic field reconstruction as shown on drawings prefixed with the letter E and described in specification divisions 26 and 27. iii. Site Work Contract (SC) includes, but is not limited to, site improvements including reconstruction of existing parking areas, traffic lanes and athletic facilities as shown drawings prefixed with the letter L and described in specification divisions 22, 31, 32 and 33. v. Site Lighting Contract (SLC) includes, athletic field lighting as shown on drawings prefixed with the letter E & L and as described in specification division 26. This work was purchased via a cooperative purchasing agreement. General Construction: $550,000, Electrical: $550,000, Site Work: $10,000,000
