| Description | The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) sludge mixer as specified herein for the Department of Environmental Services, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii. The sludge mixer shall be a direct replacement of the existing equipment. The sludge mixer will be used to mix primary and secondary waste sludge at the Honouliuli Wastewater Treatment Plant. Questions relating to this solicitation shall be emailed to Jack Wu at bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov Deadline to Request for Clarification/Substitution October 17, 2022 The City reserves the right to request cost data to conduct a cost analysis. Pursuant to HRS 103D-312 and HAR 3-122 Subchapter 15, this cost data will be used to determine if the offer is fair and reasonable. Information provided by the Offeror may remain confidential and proprietary in accordance with HRS 92F 13(3)." |
