Description

The construction of a 290-sf outdoor cast-stone gazebo with associated site work. Project includes prefabricated cast stone veneer gazebo (coping, columns, architrave, gable veneer), back-up gable CMU wall, wood-framed roof structure, metal tile roofing, cement board soffit, metal railings, electrical, prefabricated cupola, and other associated work. The facility will be constructed with a concrete slab and concrete foundations.
