Repair Bldg 264 Fire Protection, Repair HVAC Bldg 207, Repair Bldg 102 Chiller, and Repair Bldg 263 Chiller Project is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside The Contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bid and is most advantageous to the Government. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project PSXE232023 Repair HVAC Fire Protection Basewide, at the 134th Air Refueling Wing, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the SOW, plans and specifications. This project is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference . See Section 00100 for and date. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government consider only price and price related factors. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
