Lawrenceburg Head Start Facility - Paving

Project Description: The work includes preparation and grading for new asphalt pavement and installation of new asphalt parking areas as well as asphalt overlay of portions of the existing parking lot. The work also includes striping, parking signage, and concrete wheel stops as indicated on the plans. Removal of existing asphalt and installation of concrete sidewalks and pads are by others. The work performed under this Contract is part of a larger project. Bidder shall coordinate work with other exterior improvements and site work being performed by the owner and other Contractors. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total construction cost. Prevailing wage (Davis Bacon) rates for Lawrence County TN apply to the contract for the prime and subcontractors.
