Design-Build Services for CR-210 Widening from Greenbriar Road to Cimarrone Boulevard

Design-Build Firm shall improve the existing conditions on CR 210 from Greenbriar Road (East of Old CR 210) to West of Cimarrone Boulevard. The Design/Build team shall provide services for the design, permitting and construction of CR 210 from Greenbriar Road (East of Old CR 210) to West of Cimarrone Boulevard, approximately 2.3 miles, within existing County Right of Way. The limits shall be expanded as necessary for transitions to existing pavement and sidewalks without any additional property acquisition. All roadway, drainage and intersection design and construction shall meet all current County Standards. Drainage shall be designed and constructed to accommodate the future development of CR 210 to six lanes. The roadway shall be constructed as a 4-lane Major Urban Collector with swale section to the outside, curb & gutter for the center median and a profile grade that will accommodate 6 lanes of traffic and pedestrian access. All sections shall have 12’ travel lanes, 5’ paved shoulders, and 5’ sidewalks on both sides
