Description

The City plans to mill approximately +/-7,000 square yards of asphalt and use approximately +/-2,000 tons of SM-19.0 NP asphalt to repave certain streets within the City. All plant mix, contractor's equipment, and method of laying pavement must conform to current VDOT standards. Asphalt should be bid on a per ton basis and milling should be bid on a square yard basis. An estimated start date for the street milling and paving should be included with the sealed bid.
