| Description | For the project known as Bid No. 22-11: 2022 Ash / Hazardous Tree Removal. The bid shall provide for the removal of fifty (50) trees located on various Township properties and within the right-of-way as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on December 6, 2022. Construction shall commence on or about December 19, 2022. The completion of the project shall be thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by January 31, 2023. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq. |
