Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to load, transport and remove approximately 1,100 cubic yards of asphalt/sand debris that has been staged in a designated storage area adjacent to Bayberry Drive at Assateague Island National Seashore, Berlin, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision to meet all of the following requirements: • Provide a minimum of 5 working day notice of intent to start work. • All work/treatments shall comply with the customers’ requirements. • Provide appropriate signage to control pedestrian traffic through/near the work area. • Approximately 1,100 cubic yards of material shall be loaded and removed. • The Period of Performance is not to exceed 30 days. • Correct any discrepancies that may occur in conjunction with this project. • Contractor is to clean-up the work area and properly dispose of all related debris. • Contractor is to notify the POC upon completion of work.
