Groups that are short-listed during the first phase will be eligible to submit proposals in the second phase. University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural firms/teams to provide predesign services for a new academic research building on the Seattle campus of the University of Washington. If funding is approved and the project moves forward, the selected firm/team will be eligible to submit qualifications to provide full design services for the project. The University may elect to deliver the building via the Design-Build project delivery method. If so, the selected firm/team would be eligible to participate as a member of a Design-Build team in the University’s competitive solicitation process.
