Description | Estimated project cost is $1,500,000.00. The project consists of the construction of the new Royal Park at the open area between the Albert Parkhurst Municipal Complex at 202 S. Center Street and the Hildebran Gymnasium at 208 S. Center Street, Hildebran, NC. The park will include a walking trail, concessions and restroom building, picnic shelter, covered outdoor stage, a landmark tower structure and related site improvements. Bidders shall register with Talley & Smith Architecture. Registered bidders will receive project updates and addenda by email. Bidders may register by calling (704) 487-7082 or by email: Bob@TalleySmithArch.com. Provide company name, NC license number, contact information, and email address of bidder's point of contract. Failure to register may be ground for revocation of bid. If registering by email, Contractor shall verify that Architect received their email if the Architect does not respond within 24 hours. Contractors and subcontractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State Laws governing their respective trades. Bid documents will be available for inspection in the office of Talley & Smith Architecture, Inc., and will be on file at Carolinas AGC iSqFt, Ddge Data & Analytics, and Construct Connect (CMD) if these organizations are still active. Bid Security of 5% of the bid in Cash, Certified Check, or Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the contract's sum will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of forty-five (45) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. |
