It is the intent of the following to describe the Scope of Work included in each bid package. The bid shall include all the requirements in the specification sections listed unless specifically excluded below. There are three categories of bid packages--Labor and Material (L&M), Material Only (M), and Labor and Equipment (L). (1) Labor and Material Bid Packages (L&M): Each separate package shall include all labor, materials, services and incidentals required for a complete installation. The bid shall also include all General Condition items relative to each Scope of Work. Successful Labor Bid Package bidders must provide General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation with Certificate listing Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the Owner, Architect, Construction Manager and Funding Entity. (2) Material Only Bid Packages (M): Each separate package shall include all labor, materials, services and incidentals required for complete fabrication, manufacture and delivery to the project site the materials included in the designated specification sections and drawings. (3) Labor and Equipment Bid Packages (L): Each separate proposal shall include all required labor and equipment to incorporate into the project specifically designated materials furnished by other bid packages. Successful Labor Bid Package bidders must provide General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation with Certificate listing Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the Owner, Architect, Construction Manager and Funding Entity. (4) Clarification: If any Bidder is unclear as to the Scope of Work required, contact the Architect/Construction Manager prior to bidding. Prior approval is required for all bid packages. (5) C.M. may bid on any or any combination of bid packages. (6) Owner reserves option to award or reject any and all bid packages. (7) Bonded - means this package requires Performance & Payment Bonds (8) Out-of-State Subcontractors to provide proof of registration with the State of Oklahoma upon request per state l The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes items drawn, detailed, and specified for Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Structural disciplines as identified in the contract documents *This will be a sealed bid opening at the Fairview Schools Admin office, on Wednesday 6/14 AT 6:00 PM – Bid bonds if required per you package. You may submit your bid for Wednesday by using one of the following methods 1. Fedex/UPS/Drop off your bid to our JDH office in Elk City (105 Clyde Ave Elk City, 73644) 2. Fedex/UPS/Drop off your bid direct to the Fairview Schools Admin Office (address listed on solicitation) 3. Be at the public bid opening at Fairview Schools Admin Office prior to 6:00PM on Wednesday 4. Drop you bid at Van Storm’s office before noon on Tuesday 6/13 (van will bring your bid to our office in Elk City on Wednesday AM) Van’s office address - 404 Northeast 48th Street, OKC, OK 73105. – place them in the front door mail slot We have 2 addendums and that will be all for the project.
