Siteworks Requirements Contract

Work for East Stroudsburg University includes, but is not necessarily limited to all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete projects. It is the intention of the University to be able to have sitework performed on an as needed basis. The work may consist of the installation of new, or the replacement of existing, curbs, sidewalks, steps, inlets, manholes, paving, and line striping. The work may also include associated demolition, earthwork, and landscaping.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation, Demolition.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
