Removal of the existing asphalt within the alley followed by construction of a brick alley partially utilizing reclaimed bricks. - Installation of a dumpster and grease trap enclosure, decorative fencing, planter beds, string lighting, and outdoor seating. - Necessary restoration (including asphalt, driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.
