Snow Plowing Services for the Bend Municipal Airport

The City of Bend is accepting sealed bids for contracted snow plowing services within designated areas of the City of Bend Municipal Airport (Airport) for the 2022-2023 winter snow seasons with an option to extend for up to four years. During the course of the winter season, the Airport requires snow removal services from private contractors to perform this work. The City intends to enter into an agreement with a Contractor to ensure adequate response during snow events. Snow plowing will be performed on an "as needed" basis and will be dependent on the quantity of snowfall encountered during the season. Due to the on-call nature of the service, the City does not guarantee any quantity of work. Solicitation packets may be obtained from Premier at portal (click on Public Works) or 1902 NE 4th Street, Bend, Oregon. Bidders must register with Premier electronic as a document holder to receive notice of addenda. This can be done on the Premier electronic or by phone at 541-389-0123. Bidders are responsible for checking the website for the issuance of any addenda prior to submitting a Bid. Bid results are available from Premier portal. The City of Bend reserves the right to: 1) modify, revise or withdraw this request for Bid, 2) reject any or all Bid not in compliance with public solicitation procedures and requirements, 3) select consultant on the basis of the Bids or to conduct interviews with the highest qualified Bidders after scoring, 4) seek clarifications of any or all Bids, and 5) to select the Bid which appears to be in the best interest of the City.
