Description

The Project consists of constructing the expansion of plant capacity from 0.6 to 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) in three phases while keeping the existing plant completely operational during construction activities. The project will be funded by USDA-Rural Development. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
