Oak Grove Lake Harriet Pole Replacement

EWEB requires professional services from an IBEW signatory Contractor to remove and replace damaged power poles at EWEB's Oak Grove to Lake Harriet 115 kV transmission line in Clackamas County. Bidders shall meet Minimum Contractor Qualifications as defined in the bid packages. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, tools, machinery, materials, transportation, mobilization/demobilization, equipment and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the project described in the Contract, the General Conditions, all applicable special conditions, plans, specifications, or any supplementals. Bid Submission. The bid response and one electronic copy of the bid response (flash drive acceptable) shall be sealed and delivered to EWEB's Purchasing Department, prior to the bid closing time and date stated in the Invitation to Bid/Advertisement (Section 00100). Bids received after the bid closing time and date will not be considered for award Note: Bidders submitting bids in person are required to coordinate a delivery time, prior to the closing time and date, with the Contract Specialist at EWEB's Roosevelt Operations Center, 4200 Roosevelt Blvd, Eugene, OR 97402. Bids will be date and time stamped by the Purchasing Department Staff and held until bid opening. The First-Tier Subcontractor disclosure must be submitted with the bid response or bidders must coordinate a delivery time within two (2) working hours of the bid closing date and time.
