Fort Vancouver High School Tenant Improvement

Project scope consists of interior remodel of several areas within Fort Vancouver High School. A. FCRC (Family and Community Resource Center): Light demo and addition of a new office and casework B. New Classrooms: Demo of existing courtroom Dais and associated equipment. New wall dividing the space into two classrooms. New ceilings and lights and new teaching walls C. Locker Rooms: Demo of all existing lockers and showers. New lockers and benches, new paint and lights, new toilet partitions and 2 new individual ADA showers in each locker room. New floor covering in both locker rooms. D. Weight Room: Demolition of existing storage partitions, minor new wall framing, additional electrical outlets and paint. New project and white board in both the weight room and adjacent fitness studio. New mirrors in fitness studio.
