Plant Propagation/Vegetation

The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) requires the assistance of an outside contractor specializing in the propagation of halophytic plant species that will support the Salton Sea Management Program in the germination, storage, care, and survival of native plant species of the Colorado and/or Mojave Deserts to support vegetation establishment and dust suppression projects. You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 10183926 for Plant Propagation at the Salton Sea. The anticipated term of this agreement is 3 years. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions. Technical questions must be submitted in writing to sloan.hanna@water.ca.gov and received by the State on or before July 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM. The State's representatives will provide answers in writing to all potential bidders by July 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
