Successful bidders are required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond from an acceptable surety in an amount equal to 100 percent of the full contract sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. The work includes removal of existing track surfaces and repair and replacement of latex track system, striping of track and field events along with associated work and improvements indicated in the Documents. WORK UNDER OTHER CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. B. The Owner intends to complete the following items of Work outside the provisions of these Contract Documents. The Contractor shall not restrict or interfere with the Owner's right to the Project to accomplish this Work. 1. Existing school maintenance work.
