Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Installation of Video Surveillance System (VSS) USACE Building, Seattle, WA Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70RFPW23QWA000006 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for a contractor to purchase, install and program a new Network Video Recorder (NVR) Server in accordance with the Statement of Work. In addition to the system, this requirement will also need the following: workstation, network switches, monitors, internet protocol cameras, and all appurtenances needed for a fully function VSS. Services to be performed at US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Building, 4735 East Marginal Way, Seattle, WA 98134. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $25 million. The source selection process for this acquisition is best value. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 180 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in SAM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice. DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED AT THIS TIME. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Contract Specialist, Maria Colville, at Maria.Colville@fps.dhs.gov. SIGN-UP for SITE VISIT: Offerors shall email Maria Colville, maria.colville@fps.dhs.gov, by May 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. PDT, if they plan to attend the site visit. Provide company name, names of attendees, and contact information in the email response. PARKING: There is limited on-site parking. Free parking is available in the area. SCREENING: Attendees shall be required to go through screening to enter the federal building if they do not possess a HSPD-12/PIV card.
