| Description | New microprocessor-based elevator control system and other elevator upgrades. The new control systems shall perform all the functions of safe elevator motion and elevator door control required by the Ohio Building Code and the Ohio Elevator Code. This new control system shall be integrated into the existing building’s structure. The existing elevator is an existing OTIS Model 404137, existing duty 2500 lbs/speed 125 ft/min. The new duty will remain the same 2500 lbs/speed 125 ft/min. The existing elevator has 3 landings with front door openings. |
