Summit Indoor Track Surface Replacement

Resurface or replace the existing indoor track surface located at the Summit on The Park. The floor area includes the actual track and four resting areas located in each corner of the track. Should resurfacing be proposed contractor should identify the means and methods necessary to prepare existing surface and to install a 2mm of seamless Robbins Strata Sport urethane, or equivalent over the existing surface. Should replacement be proposed the contractor should identify the means and methods necessary to remove existing and to install a Robbins Durathon sheet rubber flooring product or its’ equivalent.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
